Led cross-functional teams to conduct customers’ readiness assessments.  Developed and applied the structural methodology for contracted locations.  Executed change management activities at national, regional, and local levels.  Accomplishments included:

  • Completing stakeholder analysis resulted in an approved change order to modify our product schedule used for all 26 US approved locations
  • Rescuing a failing project by revisiting the change management strategy.  The result allowed the project team to continue implementation services at the 80 approved locations with project revenues exceeding $11 million dollars
  • Set a new record for the largest implementation completed in one day by utilizing both ADKAR and Waterfall methodologies
